Ian’s experience in the building and construction industry spans over 40 years, with 26 years in project supervision and the past 14 years in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Management. Including compliance management, integrated management systems management and auditing.
Ashlee ensures the streamlined operation of the office and provides daily high-level support to the group’s key executives. She is responsible for coordinating the Director’s schedules and supports in a wider capacity with internal and external clients.

Declan is responsible for material logistics both within Victoria and interstate and overseeing fabrication of construction requirements within Melbourne. Over his extensive career he has worked on many iconic Melbourne construction projects including The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and ABC Building.
